Randy Dean, President of Randall Dean Consulting & Training, LLC recently completed yet another successful seminar for professional staff at Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. After having to change to a larger room because of an overwhelming program response, Randy was regarded with great reviews and praise. His seminar on “Taming the Email and Office Clutter Beasts” was presented to more than 50 professionals working for the University on November 19th, and was highly admired by the program attendees. On a scale of “5” (with “5” being excellent), the program received a point rating of 4.897 on “the workshop provided relevant and practical information.” Randy himself received a 4.931 rating from this large audience on “being knowledgeable in the subject matter”. When asked what the most effective aspect of the workshop was, responses included, “Whole presentation was outstanding - my head is so full!
