Randall Dean returned today to The Fetzer Institute, the organization where his professional and training career began, to deliver a very well received Time Management and PDA training program.  About 15 Fetzer staffers attended the program on a very snowy and windy day in Kalamazoo.  Included in the audience were Fetzer President Tom Beech and Fetzer Vice Presidents Tina Adams (VP, Finance and Administration) and Shirley Showalter (VP, Programs).  62% of the program attendees rated the three-hour program as "Excellent", and another 30% rated the program "above average."  Kathy Cavanaugh, Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, had this to say about the program, "Randy's enthusiasm and excitement will make you want to apply his principles immediately. You won't regret his workshops."

Randy, who worked at Fetzer from 1990 - 1995, had this to say following the program, "It is very nice to be able to return to the place where my professional career began.  Fetzer has always been a very special place for me, and they were the first organization to give me a chance when I expressed an interest in developing a time management training program.  Without the support of Fetzer all of those years ago, I might not be doing what I'm doing now.  It is nice to be able to give something back."
